Thirparappu falls is 300 feet long and consists of a rocky riverbed. The view of the water, falling from a height of 50 feet, is truly magnificent.

Pechiparai Dam was built across the River Kodayar about a mile below the confluence of the tributaries Kallar, Chittar and Kuttiyar.
